This Webquest is designed for the learner to better understand the idea of social responsibility of corporations through the aspect of Business Law. They will create a presentation to the company as though they are the President of said corporation.

Introduction

Everything a business does has an affect on the world. It could be local, global, or even environmental. Social Responsibility is a set of ethical values that encompass everything from fixing problems the business causes, to fixing things that they did nothing to cause. It also covers ways to prevent problems from happening and ways to do it. Social Responsibility is very important to a business because without it, chances are the community around the business, as well as the world would not support them and look down on them for not giving back to the community. In this Webquest, think about what would happen to a business if they had no set of social responsibility guidelines to follow, and answer the question, "What does your company do to complete social responsibility, and what can it do to increase their social responsibility?"
