This webquest is designed to help students understand themselves using the MBTI test and other assessments. These assessments will help students to select a career that will complement personal interests, and strengths.
Introduction
In this unit we have been learning about Career Exploration. We have discussed many things in the unit ranging from the importance of resumes and the importance of finding a job that matches your personality and interests. It is now time to self-reflect using several measures and tests that will help open you up to the world of possibilities. By the end of the WebQuest you should be able to zero in more closely on what type of job or career pathway will be most suitable for you after graduation and guide you in future plans.
This WebQuest will focus on the following objectives:
1. Students will be able to use MBTI personality type indicator to successfully identify their personality type.
2. Students will be able to successfully identify jobs and career pathways that match personality, skill strengths and weaknesses.
3. Students will understand the importance of finding a job that meets their needs and the strengths.
4. Students will be able to synthesize a report successfully reflecting their findings throughout the WebQuest.
