The life of children during the colonial period in American history.

Introduction

Good Morrow! Welcome to the original thirteen colonies!

You have been taken back in time to see how children lived during America's colonial period. You have been invited to stay with a colonial family and to gain first hand experience of what a child's life would have  really been like. Do you think they had to do chores and clean their rooms like you do today? Did they have to go to school and do homework? For the next week you will be observing and participating in their lives and a colonial child. Enjoy!
